By placing your order with MealsDotKom, LLC and receiving your confirmation email,

you agree to our terms & conditions listed below.

Meal Cut Off

Our weekly cut off for Sunday & Monday Delivery/Pick Up is 11:59pm every Thursday. Any orders placed past cut off will be processed for the next ordering period. In case you do forget and remember on Friday morning, please call us at 562-310-5839 just in case we're able to squeeze you in. We cannot guarantee your meals will be processed.

Last minute change of delivery/pick up
We understand Sundays are spent with family, so we kindly encourage you to schedule your meal pick up accordingly. Last minute delivery or change of address requests - including Monday deliveries to TRIBE any day after cut off (11:59pm on Thursday) are subject to a $10 convenience fee in addition to the delivery charge (based on zip code). We cannot guarantee last minute delivery requests on Sundays. No refunds on meals that are not picked up.


Bag Fee

In our efforts to go green and keep your meals cold during delivery/pick up we provide our orange MDK insulated bags with Ice Packs for free at no charge. Please return your bags the following week or leave them out at your door. If we do not receive a bag from you, your account will be charged $5.


We accept payments in the form of cash or credit card only. 

By placing an order with MealsDotKom, LLC and receiving the confirmation email, you agree to pay the balance in full. All payments are due upon receiving your meals.

  • Cash Payments - If you select cash as your preferred form of payment, please have your payment ready upon delivery/pick up. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, our drivers will update you via text with your delivery ETA on Sunday Evenings.

  • If your payment is not made by the time your meals a driver arrives and you are unable to pay, the driver will not deliver your meals and you will be responsible for picking them up on Monday. We will no longer send invoices. 


Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding balances to your account must be cleared before placing an order. Any outstanding balances past due are subject to a $20 late fee. We will not process future orders until your balance is cleared. Any outstanding balances will be sent to a debt collector. A debt collector will be responsible for collecting any outstanding balances.


Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order after the order deadline (for any reason other than dissatisfaction with our product) is not eligible for a refund. Where possible, we will refund your money using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.
